Cultural Day at HIU Campus

Several hundred people came to the Chinese Cultural Day at HIU Campus from 11am to 1:30pm. Teacher, students, Deans, and community friends came to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The 50 Chinese Scholars at HIU sponsored the event. We all enjoyed the food, the educational PowerPoint presentation, having our name written in Chinese characters, learning to make Jioza, learning to make special paper cuttings and many other activities.
